InstantObjects is a suite of Open Source components for Delphi, an Object Persistent Framework (OPF) maintained by Ethea for the design and implementation of modern applications. With InstantObjects, object-oriented programming is pushed to the highest levels, allowing a clear separation of the business logic with the presentation (user interface) and storage (persistence on database) parts. Retrieve and store your objects with a single line of code. Present your object with any data-aware components, using Exposers. Ethea actively participates in the development, updating and management of the OpenSource InstantObjects project.

Original project was developer by Seleqt. Ethea continues the manintenance and support of the library.

With InstantObjects is very easy to develop Business Classes, link data to data-aware components through Exposers and access various SQL or file-oriented storing engines, such as: Firebird, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, InterBase… through different data access technologies such as ADO, DbExpress or FireDAC. The object modeling in integrated into the IDE with auto code generation (two-way).

  • Works with: Delphi, C++Builder, InterBase, RAD Studio (IDE plugin), VCL, FireDAC
  • Works on: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit
