We’re excited to announce an updated Customer Support Portal for the Embarcadero Development Tools products. This phase of the portal launch includes a less complex and more visually accommodating interface that allows you to:
- Submit new cases
- View existing cases
- Add attachments
- Check case status
- Send and receive comments with Technical Support
This new portal is open to customers with current maintenance contracts. Some active customers have already received new login credentials for the portal. If by chance you did not receive the new account information via email, there’s no need to worry. The login page of the new portal contains a link for registering for your account.
Once verified, you will receive an email with your new login account. With our customer’s convenience in mind, you may access the portal in the same way you always have by visiting our support page. Our plans for next quarter are to expand the new Customer Support Portal to the IDERA ER/Studio and DB PowerStudio Family of Products!
