Since the 10.2.3 release, we have been including mobile capabilities in Delphi and C++Builder Professional Edition for new purchases and customers on Update Subscription.

If you are a customer on Update Subscription for Delphi & C++Builder Professional and recently installed 10.3 and are not seeing iOS or Android available as part of your installation, you will need to update your license by performing the steps below.

Online users:

Open the 10.3 Delphi or C++Builder IDE, and navigate to Help > License Manager. Select your license covered under Update Subscription, and then click on the “Update” button in the “License Actions” menu on the right to update your license. Restart the IDE after performing the update.

Offline users:

Visit reg.embarcadero.com and register your existing Delphi & C++Builder serial number, and then follow the instructions to apply the new license.
