Developer Kiriakos Vlahos (aka PyScripter) has a powerful native Windows Python IDE called PyScripter that he has built available as an open source project. It is built in Delphi and takes full advantage of the styling capabilities built into VCL plus robust Delphi libraries like TSynEdit. It fully supports the latest version of Python and is a long term project which has been refined and updated over many years. According to the developer being built in a compiled language makes it rather snappier than some of the other Python IDEs and provides an extensive blend of features that make it a productive Python development environment. It offers over 50 different color styles for the interface and an additional 50 different color themes for the code editor. It also offers the interface available in 15 different languages.
