Embarcadero has just released a Community Edition version of Delphi and C++Builder based on a new build of 11.3, build 28.0.48361.3236.
For this reason, we are also making available a new inline build of RAD Studio, Delphi and C++Builder 11.3 (build 3236), which includes the fixes provided in 11.3 patch 1. This means a customer downloading and installing 11.3 (the regular product or the trial version) from today on will install a version with those additional fixes.
Notice that if you already downloaded the minimal installer or ISO file, you’d install the original 11.3 RTM version (which has the build number 28.0.47991.2819).
If you already have the original 11.3 (build 2819), we recommend you to install the patch if you still haven’t done so, rather than installing the new inline version, as that would require a complete uninstall and reinstall, but give exactly the same result.
