There is a flaw in the functions Getpublickey and SetConfederatePublicKey in data.DBXOpenSSL. The key that is encoded and returned to the client is invalid. You have to replace the LWrapper (TPtrWrapper) with a PByte (like it is in XE4) and it will correctly.
