		<description>I think is better to put the code to assign the Polygon points in a procedure like onresize or something like this. Don't need to assign on every paint event. This event  can occur a lot of times  without polygon changes.</description>

I would not agree with you. Delphi is "unmanaged", so there is no garbage collector to free up things when they are no longer accessible. It is a typical approach to use constructor and destructor of the class to respectively allocate and release any memory used by a class instance.</description>
