PEAR integration and fixes

We have committed several fixes to the VCL, but the main addition has been the PEAR base structure and the PEARDataGrid component, which allows you to show data in tabular format. It’s not like the DBGrid, which is a qooxdoo widget, it’s an HTML table with sorting and paging. Check out the screencast:

Documentation format and tools

We have updated the class reference and you can find in the SVN repository the customized phpDoc we have used to do it. Once we finish the phpDoc customizations, we will try to submit them to their project, so we can get a nice tool to get our components documented.
