Not all docs are in all formats; let me know if there is something special you need. Also note that the Search is not yet robust, that’s why it’s still beta. It is nice to have chm’s again, but now the critical question:
Will Delphi 2009 allow us to directly use the snappy HTML Windows Help (chm) from the IDE, instead of the Visual Studio Help bloatware that you use in D8/D2007.
Tell us you ditched the 1 Gigabyte help viewer… Please.

- pls. ditch or give an alternative to current the 1 Gigabyte help viewer (the whole net sdk should be optional if only D32 is used).

Add my vote for dumping the gawd awful help system in D2007. I just used a stopwatch on this slug - 24 seconds to load from the time I pressed F1! My D2007 workstation is a 10% over-clocked Core 2 Quad CPU with a fast RAID 0+1 drive setup and a couple gigs of RAM on XP. This is ridiculous! No I DON’T want to know about the true wonderfulness of Visual Basic, every time I do a help search. Grrr!
