I just received the following news from DevExpress via email announcing availability of their VCL subscription packs for Delphi XE3 and C++Builder XE3:

Developer Express 2011 components and tools roadmap is available

Developer Express (DevExpress), one of our Embarcadero Technology Partners, has released its 2011 product roadmap.  Included in the roadmap are DevExpress’ plans for continued and enhanced VCL support.  Some of the highlights include:
