Developer Express VCL - now has full support for Delphi 2009 and C++Builder 2009
I just received the following email from Developer Express. They now have support for Delphi 2009 and C++Builder 2009. Note: "This Build requires RAD Studio 2009 Update 1 to be installed. If it’s missing, we don’t guarantee Build 40 will function properly in this IDE."
