Is VS.NET 2005 catching up to Delphi 8 / C# Builder?

Take a look at this screen shot on the .NET WinForms site. Notice the “Toolbox”. It looks a lot like the D8 and C#Builder Tool Palette. I guess VS.NET is catching up to Delphi
